Founded in 2018 by hospitality veteran Priya Mehta and logistics expert Rohit Singh, EventGenius was born from a shared passion for flawless, imaginative events that celebrate life’s most important moments. By 2019, EventGenius had secured partnerships with over 200 venues—from five-star hotels in Chennai to heritage havelis in Rajasthan—and forged alliances with trusted vendors in AV production, floral design, and experiential branding. In 2020, we launched EG Studio, our in-house creative lab equipped with 3D visualization tools, LED rendering software, and rapid-prototype fabrication for custom décor. This capability allows clients to preview stage designs, table layouts, and thematic elements before investment.
Throughout our journey, EventGenius has managed over 500 events, including Fortune 500 conferences, Bollywood film premieres, and five-star destination weddings.
