Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this service and any related applications. By accessing or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the service. These Terms supersede all prior agreements.
User Eligibility
Use of the service is restricted to individuals aged 13 or older, or higher where local laws require. By registering, you confirm you meet the age requirement and have legal capacity. Unauthorized or underage use is the responsibility of the parent or guardian. The service may request proof of age at any time.
Account Registration
Certain features require creating an account with a valid email and password. You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. All activities under your account are presumed authorized by you.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful and authorized activities. Prohibited behaviors include hacking, spamming, distributing harmful code, and infringing intellectual property rights. You must not attempt to bypass security measures or disrupt operations. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.
User Content
All content you upload remains your property but is licensed to the service for hosting, reproduction, and display. You represent you hold all necessary rights to grant this license. The service may remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. You agree to indemnify for any related third-party claims.
Fees & Payment
Premium features require payment of fees as displayed at the time of purchase. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. You agree to pay any applicable taxes or charges. Failure to pay may result in suspension of paid features.
Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 48 hours before renewal. You can manage auto-renewal via your account dashboard. Disabling auto-renewal prevents future charges but does not refund the current period. No pro-rata refunds are provided.
Service Changes
The service may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice. Significant changes affecting functionality will be announced at least seven days prior when practical. Continued use after modifications indicates acceptance. No compensation is due for changes.
Suspension & Termination
The service may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms, security concerns, or operational needs. Notice will be provided when feasible. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any downloaded materials.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the service’s software, design, and content remain with their respective owners. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license to use the service. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited. Legal remedies may be pursued against infringers.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may proceed to arbitration or court. Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded.
